I set up Rolf Berryman in 2009 and have over ten years experience in the legal technology space, working across computer forensics, e discovery, data governance and cyber.

I recruit at all levels, from business leaders to graduates or less experienced candidates, on their journey to becoming business leaders. I have recruited in many jurisdictions across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

The highlight of my time here has been Pete and Jamie becoming full partners in the business and we are in a very exciting growth phase.

In my spare time I am run ragged by my three children.

Having started my career with Rolf Berryman in 2014 as a Trainee Consultant, I quickly moved through the ranks to become a Senior Consultant and Team Leader. I now have the pleasure of being a Director, managing the team, training programmes and the day-to-day running of the business alongside senior-level recruitment projects for our clients.

I believe everyone should be given the opportunity to work in their own way towards their own description of success.

I joined the RB team in 2017 as a Trainee Consultant and am now one of the Senior Managers. I specialise in placing individuals within the Legal sector, working with all levels from newly qualified Solicitors right through to Legal Directors and Partners.

An avid sportsman, I spend most of my time hitting a small white ball around a course, normally ruining a good walk!

I joined the team at Rolf Berryman 5 years ago, but have worked within the recruitment industry for over 17 years.  I now specialise in placing legal technology staff on a nationwide basis.

Whilst not at work, I like nothing more than being at the beach with my family and dog, seeing them in the sea, whilst I can't swim!

I gained my ACCA qualification in 2009 while working in practice and then went on to be a Group Accountant at an investment company in London. In 2017 I joined Rolf Berryman as Finance Manager and now also help look after the office and organise all our team social events!

Outside of work I am kept busy by my three young boys. I enjoy spending time with my family, walking our dog Rusty, cooking, sampling local wines and dining out with friends.

Since joining Rolf Berryman in 2022, I have worked with all levels of qualified lawyers and a wide variety of law firms to assist with placements within Employment, Planning, and Pensions.

When I’m not working you can find me at the gym or on the netball court.

As the longest serving member of the team I have worked my way through the ranks to become a director. I split my day between managing the team, working on business initiatives and servicing my client base.

I have specialised in private client and family law for over five years and have an excellent knowledge of the legal field in the South West.

Outside of work I am a keen sportsman and health enthusiast and enjoy socialising with friends and family.
