What to expect from us…
We start with a comprehensive registration. We want to know as much about you so we can assist you in the best possible way. We will explore what you’re looking for in a new role by discussing your career goals and understanding what is most important to you in a new job.
We will then discuss the open vacancies we have available that suit your criteria. You will get to know about the culture of the firm, the work on offer, recent hires into the team and any other information we feel may assist your decision-making process.
After discussing the open vacancies, we will then talk about the wider market. We can discuss clients of ours who can match your needs. We adhere to the strictest confidence and will only share your information with clients where you have given us permission.
To start your process we will send a CV and profile. We offer advice on how best to tailor your CV to make it as desirable as possible. When you’re invited for an interview we will give you as much information as necessary to assist with the smooth running of the meeting. We will let you know about the format of the interview, who you will be meeting, and any other key points that can help you make a good impression.
